Jay Ingle, Second VP

Jay Ingle and his wife, Ann-Phillips Mayfield, have lived on Bellaire Avenue since they were married in 2006.  They have two children, Murphy and Holman, and enjoy the community feel of the Northside Neighborhood, whether going for walks, walking down to the Farmer's Market or Thursday Night Live, or just seeing neighbors out and about.

Professionally, Jay is an attorney with Jackson Kelly PLLC, where he is the Assistant Leader of the Firm's Health Care and Finance Practice Group.  Mr. Ingle's practice areas include business law and civil litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation, employment law, equine law, health law and medical malpractice.  He also regularly advises clients on various governmental, legislative and regulatory matters.

Outside of work, Mr. Ingle is active in the business community, working with Commerce Lexington and currently serving on its Public Policy Council and advising on several political campaigns and public issues.  His civic involvement outside of the Northside Neighborhood Association includes serving on the board of the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation and recently serving as President of the New Opportunity School for Women and on the board of Ashland Terrace, a non‑profit retirement home.  He is active at Southern Hills United Methodist Church as well, where he currently serves as Chair of the Staff and Pastor Relations Committee.
