1. General
By opting in to receive messages from NNA, you acknowledge and agree to receive recurring automated marketing, informational, and community-related text messages. Messages may be delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up (or any other number you designate).
Message frequency may vary, including periodic messages based on your interaction with NNA (e.g., responding to event invites, membership reminders, neighborhood updates). We reserve the right to increase or decrease the total number of messages sent at any time. We also reserve the right to change the short code, phone number, or alphanumeric sender used for messaging.
Your normal message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile provider and plan. For any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your mobile provider directly. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing or informational text messages is not a condition of purchase or membership with NNA.

3. Cancellation
Each message we send will include instructions on how to unsubscribe, either by replying “STOP” or following a provided link (if applicable). Once you unsubscribe, we will send you a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to your mobile number.
If you decide later that you would like to resume receiving messages from NNA, you may opt back in as you did initially, and we will resume sending messages to you.

- Follow any link provided within our messages, where instructions on how to unsubscribe and other relevant association information may be found.
5. Transfer or Change of Your Phone Number
If you change your mobile number or transfer it to another individual, you agree to either:
- Reply “STOP” from your original number before changing or transferring, or
- Notify us of your old number at info@northsidelex.com.
This obligation is a condition of using our messaging service. If you fail to do so, messages intended for you may be sent to another individual who acquires your old phone number.

7. Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to modify or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to any changes, you should immediately opt out of our messaging program. Your continued enrollment following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
